$150 for intake

Yes. I accept most major insurances.

We will focus on getting to know you. We’ll talk through how you hope to succeed, your story, and answer any questions you may have.

Most sessions are 53+ minutes. Occasionally, longer sessions may be available if needed and arranged in advance.

That depends on your needs and goals. I suggest beginning with weekly or biweekly to help build the momentum and rapport.

You can book directly through the online scheduling page or contact me via phone/email to find a time that works best for you. We will complete a 10-20 minute phone consultation to ensure best fit.

Emotionally Restored Counseling, PLLC is happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee your insurance will accept the superbill, but checking with your insurance provider before submitting is best practice.

I wish I could give you the answer! Counseling isn’t meant to last forever, but it usually isn’t a quick fix either. Everyone decides to come to therapy for different reasons. We do the work in sessions for you to apply in the real world. We can see progress, but sometimes it is a matter of time and patience. We’ll move at your pace, and I’ll be walking right alongside you as long as it’s helpful.

As of January 1, 2022, under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
